GENITOURINARY MEDICINE SERVICES (GUM)

Young Persons Clinic:

  • If you are under 18 you can be seen at the Young Persons’ Clinic, which runs every Thursday afternoon in the GUM Department at Ninewells Hospital.
    You can make an appointment to attend this clinic by phoning 01382 632 600.
    You can also drop in to this clinic without an appointment as long as you attend on a Thursday between 1.30 and 2.30pm.

Outpatient clinics at Ninewells Hospital:

  • The GUM clinic runs every morning from 9-12.30.
    On Monday, Tuesday and Friday afternoons the clinic runs from 1.30 –5.
  • On a Wednesday the clinic times are 2.30-5.00.If you would like to be seen at one of these clinics please phone 01382 425 542 for an appointment.
  • We will be able to see you in about a week but will see you even sooner if you have symptoms, and explain this when you phone for an appointment.

Genital Skin Clinics:

If you have a genital skin problem you can ask your own GP to refer you to this clinic, which runs on a Thursday morning in the GUM Department at Ninewells Hospital.

Outpatient clinics at Perth Royal Infirmary:

  • The GUM clinic runs on a Monday and a Thursday each week at Perth Royal Infirmary.
  • The clinic times are 9.30 to 5pm Please phone 01738 473 220 for an appointment.
